Tube Table (low)

Once you have a chair, the table often follows – or vice versa. That was also the case for Dan Svarth’s Tube Chairs and the Tube Table. The two designs were intended as a pair, with the small round café table accompanying the chairs. In a design presentation from 2021, Dan Svarth’s drawing showed the chair from the front and side and also included the table. 

Over the following years, as we developed the chair, it seemed obvious to include the table as well. In the spring of 2024, the Tube Table had its debut as a café table in the April Coffee shop in Pilestræde in central Copenhagen, and today, it is part of our furniture collection.

The clean lines and minimalist aesthetic of the Tube Table are a perfect match for the Tube Chair. Together, the two create a harmonious ensemble characterized by style and sophistication. Whether placed in a trendy café, a chic office space or a modern home, this duo elevates the setting with its understated yet striking presence.

The solid rosette that joins the frame to the glass tabletop is turned in stainless steel. After many hours of meticulous hand polishing, it appears almost as an ornamental necklace.

The hand-polished stainless-steel frame is manufactured by Stål&Form in Odder, which also produces the rosette. The glass tabletop is made by J.N. Bech in Randers.

In 2025 we are introducing new versions to the Tube Table. It is now also available with a wider tabletop in either 70cm or 80cm, as well as in a low coffee table version with a colourful palette of powder coated frames and with table top in diameters either 70cm or 80cm.
